Land Fill
Landfill sites have a range of problems due to the organic, inorganic and chemical products that have been deposited over the years. Issues with leachate containing PCB's and hydrocarbons have historically made treating the effluent costly and impractical.
The Advetec range of products provide specific nitrate and phosphates required by bacillus which will invigorate the decomposition of organic compounds.
When used in conjunction with effluent treatment units such as DAF plants and aeration lagoons, the enhanced effects of Advetec products cause considerable improvements within the discharge.
Oil Spills
Oil contamination increasingly occurs due to spillage from either tankers or bulk liquid transport units. Advetec produces a range of treatments that are specifically designed for either typical oil tanker spillage or to treat domestic fuel, oil, petrol or diesel spills. Regular applications of the product can reduce, if not eliminate, the hydrocarbon contamination.
