By utilising our knowledge and experience of invigorating indigenous bacteria within
organic loaded liquid waste and food factory waste, we are proud to introduce the Advetec
Bio-Thermic Reactor.
It is designed to reduce and process large volumes of organic waste. The Bio-Thermic
Reactor is designed to meet the specific needs of Advetec customers and can be tailored
to suit the following customer profiles:

Bio Thermic Reactor Process
The whole process takes between 48-72 hours to complete
Organisms living at higher temperatures work more quickly. They reduce hard carbon
particulates and produce sterilised waste, as all the pathogenic bacteria are killed
during the process.
Heat supplied from beneath the vessel maintains a controlled temperature
Regulated air supply promotes optimum oxygenation for the organisms

Residual waste can be bagged and sold as a soil conditioner
Alternatively, an additional briquette making machine can be attached to the discharge
end of the unit. The soil can be compressed into bricks, which can be sold as fuel for
bio-mass boilers. The briquettes burn with a similar calorific value as coal.
